Glismer was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 2011. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Advanced Certificate in Transnational Organized Crime Studies. For the past five years, she has worked as a case manager for minority women, individuals with mental health diagnoses, and the homeless.

Glismer embarked on her modeling journey in 2018 and later enhanced her skills by participating in the esteemed Coco Rocha Model Camp in 2019. Subsequently, she has collaborated with distinguished brands including Hero Cosmetics, Hourglass, L’oreal, and SQUARE, showcasing her versatility and talent. Additionally, Glismer has collaborated with emerging designers such as FERN and Ferret Campos, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and promoting the work of up-and-coming fashion designers.

In addition to her modeling career, Glismer holds the role of Brand Ambassador, where she has represented a range of renowned brands. She has served as a brand ambassador for esteemed companies including Nike, Elemis, Sol de Janeiro, Rakuten, Create and Cultivate, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), Hennessy, D'usse, and Ace of Spades. Her involvement in these ambassadorship roles highlights her ability to effectively promote and embody the values of diverse brands across various industries.

Furthermore, Glismer took part in the Misses of D.R. pageant in 2022, representing the title of Miss Santiago Oeste. Her motivation for participating was to serve as a source of inspiration for women and young girls aspiring to pursue and accomplish their own dreams and aspirations. Glismer's journey in the pageant culminated in her securing a place in the final top 10, solidifying her dedication and impact as a role model for others.
